Phase

You know those phases of doing things, being into someone, having a crazy hobby? When you are in the phase you are so much into it that you don’t even think its a phase. You just want to be in it. You enjoy being in that phase, or whatever it is for you then.

But a few times. You know its a phase, whether its a summer where you drank to much beer, or a guy you crushed on like crazy or the term that made you smoke too much. You know its going to get over, its after all, just a phase.

What if the phase does not get over? You underestimated the power of the so called “phase”  and now it is no more a summer thing, or a term thing. It has been years and its not getting over? What do you do then, especially when you know it needs to get over?

I have had quite a few phases myself. Some of them I knew from the start were phases, some of them not so much and some of them I wish were phases. And one phase, after a long long time is getting over. It seemed like it never would. But it is now. Getting over. Slowly. At least it feels like it is.

Now I wonder if it took so long was it really a phase or something more?

(I am being vague again, cant blame a girl for being a little private in explanations)

Anyhoo….

My best phases are as follows:

• The time where all I did was travel. I knew it would get over. But I loved it
• The summer where all I did was work and party. Best summer. Know would end if classes starting
• The time where I liked someone without thinking of materializing it into anything. EPIC
• The time where I worked out like crazy and had an awesome stamina. Didn’t want it to be a phase. But it was.
• The time where I played too much of Guitar Hero
• The time when I just sat in my bed without wishing for any company

I am not mentioning the bad ones. Why think about those ….
